We provide all the yoga props you might need, from blocks and straps to bolsters, so you can practise with comfort and support. All props are sanitised before and after use, and you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer. If you have your own mat, you can bring it along, or you can use one of the mats we provide. We also have a range of mats and props available to purchase at the studio, should you wish to continue your practice at home.
