This is 75 minutes of deep and rejuvenating Yin Yoga. The intention is to create a safe and peaceful space for you to surrender into the deep and nourishing poses. Each class will be created to heal a specific chakra.
Yin Yoga offers you the space to stress your fascia also known as connective tissue. Within your connective tissue are your meridian lines. These connect to your 7 main chakras and your vital organs in the body. Yin Yoga not only gives you a nourishing stretch, it purifies your organs and rebalances your energetic body. It can bring physical, mental and emotional healing. Yin Yoga also activates your parasympathetic nervous system, which takes you out of a stress response and into a deep sense of peace and calm. Bathe in the soothing sounds of crystal and alchemy singing bowls with added element of chimes and ocean drum for the first part of the session.
After the sound bath, we will draw, colour or write to express and reflect on your experience with sound.

Introduction To Yoga(4 week course)
Level: All levels
A gentle introduction to yoga allowing you to find your foundations in postures and to learn about the importance of opening up the breath to help you find more ease and stability within the postures and yourself.
Each week will have a different theme or focus introducing some of the basic postures of yoga, layering up on the learning from the previous week. We will start the practice with some simple breathing techniques and move onto gentle movement. We will end with relaxation so you can let your subconscious assimilate all you have learnt by just relaxing back onto your mat!

Pilates exercises are designed to develop longer, leaner muscles, establish core strength and stability and connect your mind and body. Each week there will be a different theme or focus to introduce the basic pilates movements.
The emphasis is on hip, leg, back and ab work. The course will build so that by the end of 6 weeks, you will be more flexible, have a stronger core and notice a difference in your muscle tone.
